Take a look at what some of our people have to say about working for Arsenal.
Adam Fry
Fan Experience Team Leader
I’m a massive Arsenal fan, so when I was offered the job – to say I was over the moon is an understatement! It’s such a thrill to come to work and get paid to do something I’m passionate about. In retail everything is about fan focus and ensuring a memorable experience for everyone who comes through the door. We have fans who travel from far and wide to tour Emirates Stadium – every day we’re chatting with people of different nationalities in the store. Nothing beats working on a matchday though, the atmosphere and buzz is electric! And we’re right here at the heart of it all.

Home Ticketing Product Manager
I’m a massive Arsenal fan and knew from the age of 10 that I wanted to work with the Club, so it’s a dream come true. I’ve literally grown up with the Club having worked here for so many years and they’ve given me the opportunities to achieve and succeed in all aspects of my life. I’m very happy in my role, but I know I’d get all the support I need if I wanted to learn new skills in order to progress and develop.

Jack Ferguson
Employability Officer
Whilst studying for my degree, I worked as a casual matchday worker for Arsenal. But even just working matchdays allowed me to learn more about the Club as a business and how it develops not just its own people but others too. So after graduating, I applied for and was offered this role which involves working with people in the local community, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to gain employment. I work especially with young people in deprived areas and those who’ve been in care, mentoring them and helping them to find and keep jobs. Examples of what I do include teaching interview skills and helping to get CVs ready. It’s all about using the Arsenal name to engage and inspire young people. Everyone here is committed and devoted to what they do, and ‘The Arsenal Way’ is really just doing things the right way.

For me, working at Arsenal has been a fantastic career move. Arsenal as a business strikes the perfect balance of being a corporate environment with an entrepreneurial spirit. Bearing in mind that we have operations and fans across the world, the opportunities here are huge. It’s such an engaging place to be, with a real sense of belonging and a strong community feel. For me it’s fantastic to work alongside experienced people who inspire me to achieve my full potential and make my mark.

Finance Assistant
I’ve been working with Arsenal for years and I enjoy it so much that I even moved house to be closer to the Club! I started out as a matchday Hostess when my first child was just 6 months old. A few years ago I was able to take on a permanent role within the Finance department and after about 6 months the Club paid for me to attend an AAT Accounting course. The Club and the people around me are great at teaching me and supporting me to develop my skills. I love what Arsenal stands for. If you’re good at your job and enjoy what you do, you can have a very fulfilling career here.

Alun Francis
Disability Liaison Officer
I’ve been interested in football since I was a child, so my role here at Arsenal is a great combination of my personal love of the sport and my professional interest in supporting others with disabilities. Before joining the Club I’d worked in several roles championing Diversity and Equality issues and that’s what I do here, focusing on the needs of our supporters and visitors. My role is really varied; working with many departments to help develop new policies and products for the Club. I also support staff training and work in the local community too organising things like Disability Awareness Days with schools and other groups. For me it’s a great company to work for. It is a fantastic environment and just the way the Club operates is very forward-thinking in so many ways.

Steward
I’ve worked in a variety of Retail roles but really wanted something more challenging. This role brings out the best in me - helping people - clients, customers and fans. My job is to deal with crowd control and hospitality and the most important aspect of the job is making sure everyone is happy and safe.
I meet such a huge variety of people, no two days are the same. I’m so proud to be part of Arsenal, it the such a supportive and exciting place to work.
